  • Patients > 18 yrs of age
  • Patients admitted to ICU- Mixed ICU including medical and surgical patients

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. Readmission- Patients admitted to ICU will be followed up for 1 week
  • 2. Terminally ill patients
