  • Patients \> 18 yrs of age
  • Patients admitted to ICU\- Mixed ICU including medical and surgical patients

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Readmission\- Patients admitted to ICU will be followed up for 1 week
  • 2\. Terminally ill patients
