Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ASA I \& II patients undergoing orthopaedic femur surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drugs,
  • Pregnant and lactating women,
  • History of bleeding disorders/ coagulation defects,
  • BMI : \>35 and \< 18,
  • Patient refusal
