Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA I \& II patients undergoing orthopaedic femur surgeries.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drugs,
  • •Pregnant and lactating women,
  • •History of bleeding disorders/ coagulation defects,
  • •BMI : \>35 and \< 18,
  • •Patient refusal
