- •ASA I \& II patients undergoing orthopaedic femur surgeries.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drugs,
- •Pregnant and lactating women,
- •History of bleeding disorders/ coagulation defects,
- •BMI : \>35 and \< 18,
- •Patient refusal
