入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patients aged 18-65 years scheduled for decompressive craniotomy
- •2Acute brain injury defined as intracranial injury presented within 48 hrs of insult (traumatic and non-traumatic) and diagnosed by imaging of the brain (CT/MRI) which require decompression surgery.
排除标准
- •1Pre-existing anaemia with Hb concentration <10 g/dl.
- •2.Patients with coagulopathy with international normalised ratio (INR) >1.5.
- •3.Patients with history of severe cardiac, pulmonary, liver or renal disease, or obesity (body mass index >30) and pregnancy will be excluded from this study.
- •Patients who are hemodynamically unstable.
- •Head injuries associated with other organ/ tissue trauma
- •Patients / relatives refusing to give consent.
