Inclusion Criteria
- •Low back pain for more than 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •spondylolisthesis or spondylolysis
- •ankylosing spondylitis
- •moderate to severe spinal osteoarthritis,
- •inflammatory arthritis
- •physically active
- •nerve root compression
- •trunk neuromuscular disease
- •scoliosis (15° or more)
- •previous spinal surgery, malignant tumour
- •hypertension
