Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients diagnosed as sub acute stroke. Stroke diagnosisParticipants will be individuals with stroke. For the purpose of this study, stroke is defined, according to the World Health Organisation as ââ?¬Ë?a rapid onset event of vascular origin reflecting a focal disturbance of cerebral function, excluding isolated impairments of higher function and persisting longer than 24 hrsââ?¬•.

2.Patients with one time stroke

3.Both genders

4.Patients with MMSE score more than or equal to 24

5.Lower limb Spasticity by MAS-grade1to grade 2

6.Patients who are willing to participate after proper explanation

7.BBS score 21-40 (medium risk of fall)

Exclusion Criteria

1.Impaired skin over the placement of electrode which includes eczema, rashes, blisters, open wounds, burn, and cuts.

2.Patients operated with implanted metallic plates or stimulators in brain.

3.Patients with the history of previous neurosurgical procedures, Craniotomy,neurologic malformations or brain neoplasias.

4.Functional limitations due to musculoskeletal injuries like fracture, subluxations, dislocations, sprains and strains in lower extremity.

5.Patients with any epileptic disorders.
