Inclusion Criteria
Patients with subacute stroke
Patients with residual spasticity of the LL ; MAS Grade between 2 and 3
No severe cognitive impairments
Ability to understand and follow verbal commands
Exclusion Criteria
Lack of quadriceps spasticity and balance impairment
No other neurological condition
Severe cognitive impairment
History of seizures or surgeries
Cardiac condition and unstable vital signs
