1) Concious and alert stroke patients
2) All genders aged between 35 and 60
years from a Tertiary Healthcare Center
in Belgaum
3) The stroke patients of all the types &
stages whose score is less than 26 on
Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale
(MoCA)
4) The patients with atleast primary
school education.
1) Patients with neuropsychiatric disorders
2) Alcohol abuse
3) Patients with seizure disorders
4) Patients receiving drugs (anti-depressants,
anti-epileptics, sedatives, muscle relaxants)
5) Patients with other medical illnesses that may
affect cognition
6) Patients with skin issues or wounds on the
scalp
7) Patients with metal plates, stimulators,
implants on head
8) With severely affected speech, expression,
vision
9) Upper limb fractures
10)Traumatic Brain Injury
11)The ones who are unwilling to participate in
the study
