1. Being able to walk without assistive devices, 2. Having history of fall at least 1 time in past 1 year, 3. Having the FPI value ranging from +6 to +9 without foot pain, 4. Being able to step forward in lean and release test, 5. Having normal mental status using Thai Geriatric Depression Scale, 6. Having International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) - Short Form, in category II (medium active) or category III (highly active)
1. Leg length difference more than 1 cm, 2. Having body mass index (BMI) more than 30 kg/m2, 3. Highly pronated, normal, or highly supinated foot posture assessed by foot posture index, 4. Having a history of lower extremity fracture, 5. Having a history of lower extremity surgery, 6. Having a history of lower extremity joint arthritis and being treated for it, 7. Having a history of disease that causes numbness or loss of sensation, such as diabetes mellitus
