1. Osteoporosis diagnosed by an orthopaedician.
2. Postmenopausal women aged between 55-65 years
3. TUG score 14 â?? 20 seconds
4. VAS score 3 - 7 -
5. Subject should be first time user of orthotic foot orthoses
6. Subjects who gave informed consent to participate in the study
7. Subjects with no visual or hearing impairment
1. Neurogenic or myopathic disorder affecting sensory and motor function
2. Presence of a pathological fracture
3. Drug use affecting CNS or equilibrium
4. Drug use affecting muscle strength
5. History of alcohol abuse
6. Use of any assistive device or lower limb orthoses
7. Compromised skin integrity of lower limbs
