Inclusion Criteria

1. Serum sodium <130 meq/L
2. Serum osmolality < 280 mOsm/kg H2O
3. No clinical sign of volume overload (no pulmonary edema, no ascites, no edema)
4. Primary doctor plan to give 0.9%NaCl infusion of at least 500 ml or 3%Nacl infusion of at least 150 ml

Exclusion Criteria

1. Received treatment of hyponatremia ex. NaCl infusion, Diuretics, NaCl tab before
2. Patients with hypothyroid
3. Patients with adrenal insufficiency
4. Patients with chronic diuretic therapy
5. Patients with chronic kidney disease(eGFR<60 ml/min/1.73m2)
5. Cannot collect urine sample in accordance with study protocol
6. known bladder dysfunction or urinary incontinence
