1.Patients diagnosed with Type II Diabetes Mellitus with Altered Gait and Balance. Patient will be selected after scrutinizing for foot disorders with Gait & Balance problems on the basis of various tests as described in primary selection criteria.
2.Patients with impaired/ altered sensation at foot
3.Patients who are at risk of fall.
4.Patient willing participate and giving informed consent.
1.Patients with concomitant Diabetes Mellitus foot ulcers.
2. Orthopaedic or Surgical Problems affecting Gait Variables.
3.Non-diabetic neuropathy and other co morbidities like (PVD, Varicose veins, Atherosclerosis, etc.)
4. Inability to walk a minimum of 500 m without a walking aid.
