Inclusion Criteria
elderly women; 60 and 80 years old; knee arthrosis with grades 2 and 3; knee pain between 3 and 8; body mass index lower than 35 kg/m2; walk independently
Exclusion Criteria
Prostheses and / or orthoses in lower limbs; fractures in the last 6 months; hip and ankle arthrosis; dementia stage; physiotherapeutic treatment

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Assess the intensity of knee pain; it is expected to find a reduction in knee pain after the intervention program with and without footwear for elderly women with knee arthrosis compared to control elderly women). To assess pain, the Visual Analogue Scale.;Assess the functionality of the knee; it is expected to find an increase in its function after the intervention program with and without footwear for elderly women with knee arthrosis compared to control elderly women. To assess the knee functionality will be used by the WOMAC questionnaire (Western Ontario and MacMaster Universities Osteoarthritis) and Lequesne questionnaire.
