1. Patients age more than18 years
2. Diagnosed of aortic stenosis with at least mild to severe degree by echocardiogram. MDCT scan will be performed within a period of 3 months after enrollment in prospective cases
3. Aortic stenosis (All degree of severity) with MDCT data within a period of 3 months (For retrospective cases)
4. Agree to participate and give consent (in prospective cases)
1.Children age less than 18 years old
2.Patient with endocarditis
3.Patient with paradoxical low flow low gradient severe aortic stenosis
4.Pregnant or lactating women
5.Incomplete / non-diagnostic echocardiographic image quality
