Investigators
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) 40 years old to under 80 years old
- •2\) A patient with a rupture of the largest size (3\-5 cm) full thickness on the Coronal MRI.
- •3\) Patient who did not have problem of the function of the best tendon before operation
- •4\) Patients with systemic diseases and no reason for disqualification for surgery and rehabilitation
- •5\) Patients who are informed about the purpose and method of this study, voluntarily agree to it, are willing to comply with the protocol, and are willing to visit the hospital for evaluation of observations.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Full thickness subscapularis tear which need to be repaired (more than Lafosse II)
- •2\) advanced degenerative osteoarthritis patient (Hamada type 4b)
- •4\) fracture
- •5\) previous operation history on shoulder joint
- •6\) SSP fatty degenerated more than Goutallier grade 3
- •7\) imipossible to get surgery condition
