Inclusion Criteria
1. Spondylolisthesis grade 1-2 level between L2-S1
2. 1 level spinal fusion
3. Failed conservative treatment
4. Decided to participate in study
Exclusion Criteria
1. Previous spine surgery
2. Spinal infection, tumor
3. Uncooperative
4. Can't follow up thorough study
5. Pregnant or breastfeeding patient
