Inclusion Criteria
chronic non healing ulcer of more than 6 weeks due to leprosy and diabetes and venous ulcer
Exclusion Criteria
age below 18 years
size more than 5x5 cm
pregnant and lactating woman
underlying osteomyelitis
patients in sepsis
malignancy
bleeding disorder
platelet below 1 lakh
patients on anticoagulant medication
uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
malignant ulcer
