- •BMI 18.5-35
- •Abdominal wall defect size more than 2 cm. in which autofixation device and mesh fixation will be required
排除标准
- •Preoperative bradycardia
- •History of chronic opioid use for more than 90 days
- •Patient previously on Beta blocker
- •Patient having received analgesics in preceding 12 hours of surgery
- •HISTORY OF ALLERGY TO MEDICATIONS TO BE USED IN THE STUDY
- •HISTORY OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA OR AIRWAY HYPER REACTIVITY
- •DECOMPENSATED LIVER,CARDIAC,RENAL OR ENDOCRINE DISEASE
- •REFUSAL TO GIVE CONSENT FOR PARTICIPATION
