Inclusion Criteria
ASA 1 ,2
BMI 18.5-35
Abdominal wall defect size more than 2 cm. in which autofixation device and mesh fixation will be required
Exclusion Criteria
Preoperative bradycardia
History of chronic opioid use for more than 90 days
Patient previously on Beta blocker
Patient having received analgesics in preceding 12 hours of surgery
HISTORY OF ALLERGY TO MEDICATIONS TO BE USED IN THE STUDY
HISTORY OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA OR AIRWAY HYPER REACTIVITY
DECOMPENSATED LIVER,CARDIAC,RENAL OR ENDOCRINE DISEASE
REFUSAL TO GIVE CONSENT FOR PARTICIPATION
