Ventilator patient with GCS of at least 8
Age above 18 years and less than 65 years
At least 3 hours have passed since receiving the drug
No history of high blood pressure and cardiorespiratory diseases
No history of asthma or allergy to plants
No history of drug addiction
Absence of olfactory, hearing, vision and movement disorders
At least one day has passed since hospitalization
Absence of wounds, burns and fractures in the hands and feet
Lack of consent from the first degree family member of the patient to participate in the study,

Name Time Method Hemodynamics variables anxiety. Timepoint: Immediately after the intervention, 6 and 12 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: Facial Anxiety Scale (FAS).;Agitation. Timepoint: Immediately after the intervention, 6 and 12 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: Richmond Agitation-sedation scale (RASS).
