Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patientâ??s undergoing elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia and with valid consent
  • ASA\-1 and 2
  • Age 18\-65 yrs
  • Height â?? 140\- 180cms
  • Lower limb surgeries
  • Lower abdominal surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patient refusal
  • ASA\- 3 \& 4
  • Age \< 18yrs \& \> 65yrs
  • Drug allergy
  • Compromised cardio\- respiratory functions
  • Renal or hepatic disease
  • Thyroid disorders
  • Psychiatric disorder
  • Severe diabetes or autonomic neuropathies
  • Known history of substance or alcohol abuse
