Inclusion Criteria
- •Patientâ??s undergoing elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia and with valid consent
- •ASA\-1 and 2
- •Age 18\-65 yrs
- •Height â?? 140\- 180cms
- •Lower limb surgeries
- •Lower abdominal surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •ASA\- 3 \& 4
- •Age \< 18yrs \& \> 65yrs
- •Drug allergy
- •Compromised cardio\- respiratory functions
- •Renal or hepatic disease
- •Thyroid disorders
- •Psychiatric disorder
- •Severe diabetes or autonomic neuropathies
- •Known history of substance or alcohol abuse
