Results: Probing depth decreased after the experiment, with an average difference of 1.1 mm and a standard deviation of 1.7 mm. The bleeding index decreased by a mean value of 0.8 with a standard deviation of 1.1. The study suggested that 0. 25% sodium hypochlorite can be used for treatment of peri-implantitis.

Inclusion Criteria

Selection Criteria: Patients requiring treatment for peri-implantitis

Age Criteria: 19 years of age or older

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who have difficulty or delay in treatment of peri-implantitis according to the doctor's opinion due to systemic diseases such as hemostasis and difficulty in movement, and patients with moderate or higher ASA classification criteria 3 or higher.
