Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients diagnosed with Bipolar Affective disorder (F31) or schizophrenia (F20) as per ICD 10 (DCR)
2. Duration of illness is at least 2 years and at most 5 years.
3. Clinical Global Impression â?? Severity (CGI-S) score 4 (moderately ill) or less.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with mood/psychotic disorder secondary to other medical condition,
schizoaffective disorder, personality disorders, intellectual disability.
2. Patients receiving electroconvulsive therapy.
3. Patients with co-morbid debilitating medical illness.
4. Patients who are unable to read or write Assamese/ English.
