Inclusion Criteria
A. Patients of hepatitis C:
i. A confirmed case of Hepatitis C registered with hepatitis clinic.
ii. Patient aged 18 years and above.
iii. Willing to participate in the study.
B. Healthcare providers:
i. Service providers in Hepatitis C clinic and willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
A. Patients of Hepatitis C:
i. Patients who are seriously ill and need admission.
ii. Those who will not be able to comprehend.
B. Health care providers:
i. Co-supervisors of thesis protocol.
