1)patients between age of 18 to 100 year
2)pyloric stenosis due to acid ingestion
3)pyloric stenosis due to any other cause
Exclusion Criteria
1)patient age less than 18 year and more than 100 year
2)patient with perforated stomach
3)patient with gangrenous stomach
