Inclusion Criteria
1) All patient with gastric outlet obstruction due to peptic ulcer disease who undergo truncal vagotomy and gastrojejnostomy
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients who had previous gastric or small bowel
surgery
2) Malignant gastric outlet obstruction

Name Time Method Biliary reflux in patients will be assessed by scintigraphy at 14 days after surgeryTimepoint: 14 days after surgery
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1) Intra operative blood loss , time taken for surgery and number of days of stay at hospital <br/ ><br>2) Gastric emptying will be measured using nasogastric tube output, day of removal and resumption of oral diet <br/ ><br>3) Bile reflux gastritis will be assessed by endoscopy at 3 months after surgery using RGB classification <br/ ><br>4) Reflux esophagitis will be assessed by Los Angeles classification <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 3 MONTHS
