Parents' consent for their children's participation.
Acceptance of participation by the school.
Female students aged 12 to 13 years.
Living with parents
Having at least three menstrual experiences
Obtaining a medium and high questionnaire score from BICI body image (obtaining a score of 38 and above)
An accident in six consecutive months from the families of the family
Known mental illness
Taking psychedelic and anti-anxiety and depression drugs

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Body image concerns. Timepoint: Examining concern about body image at the beginning of the study and immediately and 6 weeks after the completion of the intervention sessions. Method of measurement: Standard Lyttelton Body Image Concern Questionnaire (BICI) 2005.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Anxiety score. Timepoint: Examining anxiety using a standard questionnaire at the beginning of the study and immediately after the end of the intervention sessions and 6 weeks after the end of the intervention sessions. Method of measurement: Using Zong's standard anxiety questionnaire.
