Inclusion Criteria

Willingness of students to participate in the study.
Parents' consent for their children's participation.
Acceptance of participation by the school.
Female students aged 12 to 13 years.
Living with parents
Having at least three menstrual experiences
Obtaining a medium and high questionnaire score from BICI body image (obtaining a score of 38 and above)

Exclusion Criteria

An accident in six consecutive months from the families of the family
Known mental illness
Taking psychedelic and anti-anxiety and depression drugs
Skeletal diseases

Primary Outcome Measures

Body image concerns. Timepoint: Examining concern about body image at the beginning of the study and immediately and 6 weeks after the completion of the intervention sessions. Method of measurement: Standard Lyttelton Body Image Concern Questionnaire (BICI) 2005.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Anxiety score. Timepoint: Examining anxiety using a standard questionnaire at the beginning of the study and immediately after the end of the intervention sessions and 6 weeks after the end of the intervention sessions. Method of measurement: Using Zong's standard anxiety questionnaire.
