Inclusion Criteria
Seniors 60 years and older refered to elderly day centers; MMSE score higher than 21; Lack of Psychological problems and Experience severe stressful events in the past 6 months. Exclusion criteria:The absence of more than two times in therapy sessions; Lack of severe vision and hearing problems; Catching vision and hearing impairment that is not correctable with glasses and hearing aids; No intention to continue cooperation in research
