Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I and II. Patient with chronic anterior neck pain, can be localized or radiating. Atypical facial pain. Pain duration > 12 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
Patientâ??s age <18 years and > 50 years. Facial neuralgia like trigeminal neuralgia. Infectious causes of anterior neck pain. Pain duration < 12 weeks. Patients with history of oropharyngeal carcinoma. Patients with cervical spine involvement and presence of cervical rib

Name Time Method major the incidence and observe the clinical manifestation of chronic anterior neck pain and atypical facial pain.Timepoint: one year study.
