Inclusion Criteria

At least 6 months are left until the end of the education of nursing students.
Having a smart mobile phone with Android operating system
The ability to use a mobile phone application

Exclusion Criteria

Failure to participate in similar training courses
Not viewing more than 20% of the content provided by the mobile application.
The student has been under severe stress in the last 3 months.
The student has experienced a mental crisis in the past 3 months.
Students with psychological disorders
Students using psychiatric drugs, including anti-depressants and anti-anxiety drugs
