Having a smart mobile phone with Android operating system
The ability to use a mobile phone application
Failure to participate in similar training courses
Not viewing more than 20% of the content provided by the mobile application.
The student has been under severe stress in the last 3 months.
The student has experienced a mental crisis in the past 3 months.
Students with psychological disorders
Students using psychiatric drugs, including anti-depressants and anti-anxiety drugs

Name Time Method Happiness score. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and immediately after the end of the intervention (30 days after the pre-test). Method of measurement: Oxford Standard Happiness Questionnaire made by Argyle et al. (2002).;Psychological capital.
