Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1) Middle aged adults (40-65 years) according to Ericksons pyschosocial classification
  • •2) Graduation as the minimal educational requirement with English as the medium of instruction
  • •3) Middle socioeconomic status based on modified Kuppuswamy socioeconomic scale
  • •4) A score greater than 26 on Mini Mental Status Examination
  • •5) Normal hearing on screening
  • •6) Presence of a cognitive communicative performance-perception mismatch on a cognitive task

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1) History or complaint of any language disorder from neurological damage
  • •2) History or complaint of any psychiatric or psychological disorder
