Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Middle aged adults (40\-65 years) according to Ericksons pyschosocial classification
  • •2\) Graduation as the minimal educational requirement with English as the medium of instruction
  • •3\) Middle socioeconomic status based on modified Kuppuswamy socioeconomic scale
  • •4\) A score greater than 26 on Mini Mental Status Examination
  • •5\) Normal hearing on screening
  • •6\) Presence of a cognitive communicative performance\-perception mismatch on a cognitive task

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) History or complaint of any language disorder from neurological damage
  • •2\) History or complaint of any psychiatric or psychological disorder
