Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients aged 16\-55 years with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
  • •Having at least third degree
  • •Not having mental disorders such as major depressive disorder and anxiety disorder in the past six months (using available information in the case)
  • •To be willing to participate in this research

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Being in the acute phase of the disease
  • •Previous experience in meta\-cognitive skills training based \-on mindfulness classes
  • •No consent to attend training sessions
