All patients diagnosed and prescribed angong bezoar pills by clinicians (investigators) enrolled in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Patients deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator.

Name Time Method Changes in body temperature and duration of high fever/fever;Wake up and correct the outcome and time of coma;Ischemic stroke syndrome Factors Diagnostic Scale;Coma scale;The outcome and time required for signs to return to normal;GOS(Glasgow outcome Scale) score and NIHSS(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) score changes before, after and 1 month after medication;CT and MRI indicated that cerebral hemorrhage was reduced and absorbed, and cerebral infarction was reduced;
