Participants between age group of 18-30 years irrespective of gender, caste, religion etc.
Apparently Healthy participants assessed by proforma developed by CSIR Ayurgenomics
Unit- TRISUTRA, New Delhi
Participants with moderate physical activity, assessed by WHO Global physical activity
Questionnaire.
Season- Sheet Kala (Hemant and Shishir Ritu)
Participants willing to give their consent and able to participate in study.
Persons with any psychological disorders and chronic major illness i.e., Diabetes Mellitus,
Thyroid disease etc.
Persons suffering from chronic major GI tract disorders i.e., Ulcerative colitis, IBS etc.
Pregnant and lactating women.
Persons having non-Vegetarian diet.
Persons with sedentary lifestyle and those having Strenuous work.
