Inclusion Criteria
Those with stable vitals (temperature, heart rate, pulse, respiratory rate etc.)
Those having sleep deprivation(Sleep < 6 hours).
Those having loss of sleep.(Having frequent wakefulness during the sleep hours.)
Subjects who are apparently healthy yet having age related mild functional and
cognitive degenerative presentations shall be included.
Exclusion Criteria
Known cases of Sleep disorders.
Known cases of uncontrolled metabolic disorders.
Any known malignancies.
Known cases of Infective diseases like tuberculosis etc.
Known cases of Bronchial Asthma and other respiratory disorder.
Age related severe to moderate, functional and cognitive impairment
Known case of ear disorder
