Patients diagnosed with mild and moderate dry eye disease
Patients of age group 15 to 45 years
Patients willing to give written informed consent and assent
Congenital alacrima
Patients undergoing topical medication for any other ocular pathologies.
Participants who had undergone ophthalmic surgeries within last 6 months.
External ocular diseases like conjunctivitis, corneal ulcer, episcleritis and scleritis.
History of use of drugs like steroids until a month prior to the study.
Sjogren’s syndrome,Stevens Johnson’s syndrome
Lagophthalmos, Pterygium ,bell’s palsy,Symblepharon
Known case of diabetes , chronic kidney disease ,chronic liver disease , endocrine
disease, cancer ,nasal polyp
Contact lens users
Pregnant ladies ,lactating mother
