入选标准
- •1. Patients with U/L or B/L chronic sciatica ( > 3 months)
- •2. Patients not responding to first line of treatment
- •3. Refractory to analgesics
- •ASA I & II
排除标准
- •1. ASA III & IV patients
- •2. Patients with known neuropathy
- •3. Patient suffering from renal, hepatic, endocrine, cardiovascular or respiratory diseases.
- •4. Infection- local / systemic
- •5. Hypersensitivity to drugs.
- •Use of steroids 3 week or less before surgery
