Inclusion Criteria

Patients belonging to ASA I to III

Posted for elective right sided upper limb orthopaedic procedures.

Exclusion Criteria

a.Patients with h/o LA allergy

b.Infection at the site of block

c.Patients with h/o coagulopathies & anticoagulants use

d.Pre-existing neurovascular deficit in the ipsilateral upper limb

e.Pregnancy

f.BMI >30

g.Patients with respiratory problems

i. Time to complete conduction blockade: Time interval between the block time <br/ ><br>(needle removal) and time to complete sensory and motor blockade in all 5 <br/ ><br>nerve territoriesTimepoint: Sensory and motor block - Every 5 minutes for first 30 minutes
