Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with thyroid nodule that need surgery for treatment. Benign: Multinodular goiter, Graves’ disease, Toxic adenoma, Single adenoma, Well differentiated thyroid cancer
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Preoperative vocal cord dysfunction
- •2\.History of neck surgery
- •3\.History of radiation at head \& neck region
- •4\.Substernal goiter
- •5\.Advanced stage of well differentiate thyroid cancer
- •6\.(T4\=tumor invasion or N\>1 clinical lymph node metastasis)
- •7\.BMI\>35 kg/m2
