Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criterion: all patients with bilateral nasal polyposis who undergo endoscopic sinus surgery
- •Exclusion criteria: 1\. history of sinus or laryngeal surgery;2\. history of any disease that prolonged corticosteroid therapy is needed and 3\. history of any disease that preclude surgery.
