Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged between 18 and 40 years will be included; who agree and sign the informed consent form (TCLE); with good oral health in general, with the presence of all upper teeth up to the first molar with vitality, free of caries lesions; and may have satisfactory aesthetic restorations, proven by periapical radiographs that do not involve the middle third of the dental crown; without cervical lesions (abrasion, erosion and abduction); absence of periodontal disease; have not undergone periodontal treatment within 3 months prior to the start of the study; do not present clinical signs of gingivitis and do not have systemic disorders that interfere with the periodontal condition, prior to the installation of the device; non smokers; have not undergone previous orthodontic treatment; have not used antibiotics in the 3 months prior to the study; not being on systemic medication; the initial color of the teeth should be A2 or darker by comparison with the Vita Classic scale (Vita Zahnfabrik, Bad Säckingen, Germany) organized in order of value
Exclusion Criteria
- •The study will exclude patients who had undergone tooth whitening treatment in the last 12 months; with caries, cervical lesions; pregnant or lactating women; root canal treatment; patients with restorations at buccal surface or dental prosthesis on the teeth; gingival recessions; parafunctional habits; patients who were taking medications with an analgesic or anti\-inflammatory effect
