- •Theme 1: Participants screened in the surveillance study phase 1
- •Theme 2: Participants aged between 30 to 60 years
- •1. Have an android smart phone
- •2. Having BMI = 23 kg/m2 and glucose = 5.6 mmol/L (or HbA1c = 5.7%)
- •3. Do not have T2D
排除标准
- •Theme1: Unable or unwilling to participate
- •Theme 2:Individuals with known diabetes or any other contra-indications that would not permit them to follow lifestyle prescriptions
