Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. age 20 and over, both female and male 2\. farmer occupation living in Mae Ka Sub\-district Mueang District Phayao Province at least 1 year 3\. no mental or physical disorders such as dementia or paralysis 4\. voluntarily participate in research program.
