Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All known Hypertensive patients registered with UHTC during the study period
- •Hypertensive patients with reading ability of English and Hindi (Care takers as proxy in cases of unable read)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Hypertensive patients unwilling to participate in the study.
- •Hypertensive patients with psychiatric illnesses.
- •Hypertensive patients with no reading ability of English and Hindi including care takers (proxy)
