Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Had breast cancer with doctor's approval
- •Being in treated as an outpatient or hospitalized
- •Awareness of the diagnosis
- •The duration of the diagnosis of the disease is up to six months
- •Age over 18 years
- •Have reading and writing skills
- •Tendency to cooperate
- •Didn't have any related health promotion training
- •Didn't have any disease in metastatic stage
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not to cooperate
- •Incompleted questionnaire
- •Don't attending for more than 2 sessions in the training program
