Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Criteria for Selecting Volunteers to Join the Project (Inclusion Criteria): Pregnant women before 12 weeks of pregnancy who come to receive antenatal care services at Health Promoting Hospital Health Center 3, Nakhon Sawan, individuals with no hearing problems who can communicate effectively in Thai through speaking, listening, and understanding, and individuals who voluntarily agree to participate in the research.
Exclusion Criteria

- •Pregnant women with serious illnesses require hospital treatment, those with symptoms of mental illness, and those unable to read or write Thai.
