Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Permanent employees, including permanent government officials, permanent employees, or contract service employees in local administrative organizations in Mueang Ratchaburi District, both male and female, aged 18-59 years, both with a history of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, etc., and those without a history of chronic illnesses.
- •2.Who have been working in local administrative organizations in Mueang Ratchaburi District for more than 3 months.
- •3.Possessing a smartphone with an internet package and the ability to use the LINE application.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Having a physical disability of the arms or legs, making them unable to perform normal physical activities.
- •2.Based on inquiries, those with chronic illnesses and complications from such illnesses, such as diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia, that are uncontrollable, which prohibit them from engaging in physical activities. This includes conditions like hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia, palpitations, chest pain, dizziness, fainting, limb weakness, and blurred vision.
- •3.Based on inquiries, those with a history of chronic illnesses that prevent them from engaging in normal physical activities. This includes cardiovascular diseases, stroke, chronic kidney disease, emphysema, hyperthyroidism, etc.
