Inclusion Criteria

Age over 18 years

Patients in preparation for listing, on the LuTX - waiting list or already transplanted

sufficient knowledge of German to understand the patient information

Exclusion Criteria

unenforceable oral examination
due to poor general condition

Autoimmune diseases

Presence of hepatitis A, B, C, tuberculosis, HIV

addicted patients

Patients with seizure or nervous disorders

existing pregnancy
