Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •weight:40-75
- •ASA -I/II/III
- •malampatti grade:I/II/III
- •duration of surgery < 3 hrs
- •patient able to give written & informed consent
- •patient able to understand VAS regarding assessment of pain
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with coagulopathy,local infection, pre-existing neuropathy or any other neurological disease
- •hypersensitivity to local anesthetic
- •patient with history of drug or alcohol abuse, psychiatric illness
