12 至 99(—)

入选标准

  • 1) Must be between the ages of 18-55
  • 2) Schizophrenia patients: must have a diagnosis of schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder
  • 3) Schizophrenia patients: must be stablized on psychotropic medications
  • 4) Healthy first-degree relative: must have a first-degree relative with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder
  • 5) Be mentally competent, as determined by their treating physician.
  • 6) Provide written informed consent.

排除标准

  • 1) Non-removable metal objects in head/body
  • 2) pregnancy
  • 3) history of closed or open head injury with loss of consciousness
  • 4) personal history of psychiatric illness (in healthy first-degree relatives and healthy non-relatives)
  • 5) history of neurological illness
  • 6) use of psychotropic medications in healthy controls and relatives
  • 7) substance abuse or dependence within the preceding 6 months (except nicotine)
  • 8) claustrophobia
  • 9) history of schizophrenia in first-degree family members of healthy non-relative controls
