入选标准
- •All children more than 1 month and less than 12 years who present with fluid refractory shock
排除标准
- •1.Patients who have already received any vasoactive drug before PICU admission.
- •2. Already participated in the trial during the same hospital stay.
- •3. Patient with a known cardiac disease.
- •4. Brain dead patients or terminal patients not likely to survive (DNR candidates).
- •5. Known immune compromised state (malignancy, primary or secondary immunodeficiency).
- •6. Severe acute malnutrition
